Good morning

I have started up a wee twitter account for the Leeds College of Art artists to vent their bookie thoughts on, Drop us a tweet on @BookFairLeeds. I've started following a few other great tweeters like @artintheunusual, @_NAP_

Yesterday a group of us from LCA interdisciplinary went down to the Merrion market in Leeds to have a look through their pretty awesome collection of zines Kunstfruend.wordpress.com some of us bought posters and screen prints as well as a few little badges. It looks like the place that would really be open to selling some of the books/zines/arty bits and bobs that we create after the book fair is over.

Oh stumble stumble stumble how I love you. www.stumbleupon.com is the most glorious website where you can specify the areas you are interested in and click the Stumble button and discover away.

Over the course of the next few months we shall all be posting up our insparations leading up to the bookmaking workshops we shall be holding.

Then look out for soem of our work appearing up on the site.

See you soon.

  1. I have found you at last. Here is you first question.......

    1. WHO AM I - WHO ARE THEY?

Based on the principles that have been introduced in lecture 1 of the Enterprise module, investigate who you are as a creative in relation to the Artists Book Fair project. What will you approach be?

What creative output do you want to share and who may need it or buy it?

What are your professional/creative aims with regard to the Leeds International Artists Book Fair

The results of your research should be posted to your Enterprise blog. and summarised by a 250 word statement/evaluation.
It is essential that you make references to the 4 Ps which formed the core learning of your first Enterprise Lecture. This is an exercise in applying that theory – it is not appropriate to write about the theory itself. Demonstrate your understanding of it by actually using it.
